Program Director
Thanice Epps
My name is Thanice and I am beyond excited to be the Director of Kaida Childcare. I have worked in childcare for over 6 years while gaining my qualifications in the field from Saddleback College. In that time, I have spent an immense amount of time training with and learning from multiple other leaders throughout the industry in order to build a leadership style that will bring about success and quality care for families. Before coming to center based childcare, I spent 13 years running my childhood church's Nursery and Youth Group. I have also spent the last 4 years as the Children's Ministry Director of a small church. I am a mama to 2 amazing daughters and currently, I am fostering 2 beautiful baby boys! Children have always been a huge part of my life and my goal is always to create a safe and nurturing environment where both the children and parents can feel at home.
